Bowling Green State University Athletics announced on March 16 that the baseball team’s originally scheduled home opener against Findlay has been postponed because of anticipated weather conditions. The game, which was set for Tuesday, March 17, will now take place on Wednesday, March 25 at 3 p.m.

The change means the Falcons’ first home game of the season is now scheduled for Friday, March 20 against Ohio at 3 p.m., marking the start of a three-game weekend series with the Bobcats. The team also plans to hold a field dedication during Saturday’s game on March 21 at 1 p.m., followed by another matchup with Ohio on Sunday, March 22 at 1 p.m.

Additional games in the upcoming home schedule include a contest against Tiffin on Tuesday, March 24 at 3 p.m., and the rescheduled game versus Findlay on Wednesday, March 25. Any further changes to the schedule will be communicated through BGSUFalcons.com and the BGSU_Baseball Twitter/X page.
