Bowling Green men’s golf to host Virtues Intercollegiate in Nashport

The Bowling Green State University men’s golf team is set to host the Virtues Intercollegiate tournament in Nashport, Ohio, from September 29 to 30. The event will take place at the Virtues Golf Club, a par 72 course that measures 7,243 yards. The competition will consist of three rounds totaling 54 holes.

Play begins with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, with the first two rounds scheduled for that day. The final round will also begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday.

Bowling Green’s lineup includes Pedro Garcia, Andrew Lee, Angelo Luciani, David Chavez, and Filip Geber. Pedro Garcia recently competed in the Golden Grizzlies tournament where he finished with a score of 220 (+7) over three rounds. Filip Geber from Stockholm, Sweden will be making his debut for the Falcons during this event. Brady Fox, LT Harris, and Ethan Irvine are also participating as individual golfers.

The field for the Virtues Intercollegiate features teams from Western Kentucky, Evansville, Dayton, Youngstown State, Marshall, Loyola-Chicago, Detroit Mercy, Canisius, Wright State, Ashland, Butler and Notre Dame (B), along with Bowling Green.
