Bowling Green State to host women’s golf invitational in Arizona

The Bowling Green State University (BGSU) Women’s Golf team will begin its 2026 season by hosting the BGSU Women’s Intercollegiate tournament in Litchfield Park, Arizona, on February 10 and 11.

The Falcons’ lineup for the event includes Addison Kartusch, Macie Elzinga, Ava O’Sullivan, Sammie Dolce, and McKenzie Miller. Shelby Hardwick will compete as an individual participant for BGSU.

A total of 14 teams are scheduled to participate in the invitational. Among them are Mid-American Conference (MAC) rivals Toledo, Northern Illinois, and Central Michigan. Other schools competing include University of Texas at Arlington, Drake, Montana, IU Indy, Tennessee Technological, Texas El Paso, Portland State, Lehigh University, Augusta, Idaho, and Providence College.

Following this event, the BGSU Women’s Golf team is set to travel to Rio Verde, Arizona for the Rio Verde Invitational hosted by Western Michigan University. That tournament will take place over the weekend starting Friday, February 20.
