Buckeye Firearms Association has launched a raffle open exclusively to Ohio residents aged 21 and older, offering a prize package valued at $4,644. The main item is a Staccato P 9mm pistol, which comes equipped with two magazines and a mini range bag. The package also includes a HUXWRX FLOW 9K TI suppressor, Trijicon RMR 3.25 MOA Type 2 Red Dot sight with mount, Safariland Incog Staccato holster, an extra magazine, ammunition from Hornady and Super Vel, an ammo pouch, and cold weather lubricant.

The organization notes that the Staccato P is used by over 1,600 law enforcement agencies nationwide, including the Texas Rangers and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Black Wing Shooting Center in Delaware, Ohio describes it as their best-selling high-end pistol.

Tickets for the raffle are priced at $25 each, with a maximum of 1,000 tickets available. Participants may purchase multiple tickets to increase their odds of winning. Ticket numbers will be assigned randomly after all tickets are sold or sales close. There are no physical tickets; participants will receive their numbers by email before the drawing.

Eligibility is limited to Ohio residents who are at least 21 years old. Employees and board members of Buckeye Firearms Association and its partners are not eligible to participate. Prizes will be distributed through licensed dealers in accordance with federal and state laws.

The winner will be notified by phone or email and must respond within five days to claim the prize. If the winner does not meet eligibility requirements or fails to respond in time, another drawing will be held.
