Cy Prettyman of New Bloomington has been named chairman of the 2025 Ohio Farm Bureau Federation Policy Development Committee. The committee is responsible for gathering and structuring public policy recommendations submitted by county Farm Bureaus. These compiled suggestions will then be presented to Ohio Farm Bureau delegates, who will vote on them during the state annual meeting in December.

Prettyman’s role as chairman involves overseeing the process of collecting feedback from across the state and ensuring that policy proposals are ready for consideration at the annual meeting.
