Epicurean Furnished Apartments outlined its business offerings and company values in a statement released on April 15. The company, which operates in Columbus, Ohio, provides furnished apartments with flexible month-to-month leases across several areas including Downtown, Dublin, Hilliard, Westerville, and New Albany.

The announcement is part of the company’s ongoing engagement with the local business community. Epicurean Furnished Apartments said it aims to provide comfort and convenience for guests who need temporary housing solutions.

According to the statement, all apartments come fully furnished with designer decor, premium beds and bedding, stocked kitchens, in-unit laundry facilities, utilities included in a flat monthly rate as well as high-speed WiFi and DirecTV. The company was founded in 2019 by a husband-and-wife team and has maintained an average guest rating of 4.97 stars from over 500 five-star reviews.

Epicurean Furnished Apartments described its mission as curating “the ultimate temporary living experience for our guests by providing comfort, convenience, and peace of mind when they need it most.” The company said it operates under five core values: respect, integrity, diligence, innovation, and hospitality. “We believe that life is more enjoyable and more productive when people treat each other with kindness and dignity,” the statement read.

When asked about industry trends and staying engaged within their sector or region through organizations like the Columbus Chamber of Commerce (of which they are members), Epicurean Furnished Apartments said it prefers to focus on listening to guest needs rather than following trends. “Trends come and go,” the company stated. “But we believe hospitality – the art of making people feel taken care of – will never go out of style.”
