The Falcons Nest Coaches Show, presented by Fricker’s, will return on Monday night, February 2, according to Bowling Green State University. The weekly program airs on the Falcon Sports Radio Network and will start at 6 p.m. with head men’s basketball coach Todd Simon joining host Todd Walker. At 6:30 p.m., head women’s basketball coach Fred Chmiel will join Walker for the second half of the show. Both interviews are scheduled to take place in person at the Bowling Green Fricker’s restaurant.
This season, the show will be held in a designated room at Fricker’s that accommodates up to 55 people. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Organizers have announced there will not be autograph sessions during the event in order to maintain an interactive and conversational environment between coaches and fans.
Fans are invited to submit questions online or interact with Todd Walker via Twitter at @FalconsVoice. Those unable to attend can listen locally on WFRO 99.1 FM, 100.7 FM in Toledo, 1280 WONW in Defiance, and 970 WFUN in Ashtabula. The show is also accessible through BGSUFalcons.com and “The Varsity Network” app from Learfield Sports.
