NFIB has distributed its 2026 state ballot to Ohio members, seeking their input on several key issues affecting small businesses. The ballot was sent via email and focuses on legislative priorities such as the elimination of property taxes, hospital pricing, local government expenditures, BWC dividends, and unemployment compensation taxes.

The organization regularly conducts surveys among its members to understand their views on matters that impact small businesses. The outcomes of these surveys are used to shape NFIB’s policy positions. Only members of NFIB are eligible to participate in the state ballot process.

Ohio members with questions or comments about the ballot can reach out to State Director Jared Weiser for further information.
