NFIB and Sedgwick have introduced a new group health program for NFIB members, delivered through ClearPoint Health. The initiative aims to provide businesses with real-time insights into their healthcare expenses and help manage costs more effectively.

According to the announcement, the Sedgwick Group Health Program is designed to support businesses in understanding what they are paying for and why. “This new benefit ensures your business has access to a program designed to protect your bottom line and give you confidence in your healthcare strategy,” the organizations stated.

Rising healthcare costs remain a concern for employers. Projections indicate that employer health benefit costs will increase by 5% in 2026. The average cost of employer-sponsored health plans has reached $17,496 per employee, while family premiums are approaching $27,000 annually. Prescription drug expenses have risen by 4%, making them one of the main factors driving up overall healthcare costs.

The program is positioned as a resource for NFIB members seeking solutions amid these financial pressures.
