The North College Hill Beautification Committee announced on May 5 that it will host a special Memorial Day Ceremony and Field of Flags to honor members of the U.S. Armed Forces and first responders who lost their lives in service.
The event aims to recognize the sacrifices made by military personnel and dedicated first responders who have died while serving their country or community.
According to the committee, the ceremony will pay tribute to “the brave men and women of the U.S Armed Forces who gave their lives in defense of our nation, and our dedicated first responders who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.”
