Ohio Department issues final permits for White Peak Dairy

The Ohio Department of Agriculture has issued a final Permit to Install (PTI) and a final Permit to Operate (PTO) for White Peak Dairy as of July 23, 2025. According to OAC rule 901:10-6-01, the public is notified that these permits have been finalized.

Individuals wishing to appeal the permit decision must submit a notice of appeal along with any required filing fee to the Environmental Review Appeals Commission (ERAC) by 5:00 p.m. on August 22, 2025. The ERAC office is located at 30 East Broad Street, 4th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215, and can be contacted at (614-466-8950). Questions about the appeal process should be directed to ERAC.

Additionally, those filing an appeal must serve a copy to the director of agriculture within three days after submitting their appeal with ERAC.
