Ohio Department of Agriculture issues final permits for Regula Enterprises facility

The Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) has issued a final Permit to Install (PTI) and a final Permit to Operate (PTO) for Regula Enterprises, LLC. The facility will be located at 26546 Fairmount Road, Waynesfield, Ohio in Auglaize County, Wayne Township, within the Upper Great Miami Watershed.

Public comments are being accepted on the draft permits until January 16, 2026. If approved, the PTI will be valid for two years and the PTO for five years. Interested parties can obtain copies of the draft permits through a public records request at https://agri.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/oda/divisions/legal-office/public-records-site-area.

Comments or requests for a public meeting must be submitted in writing to the Division of Livestock Environmental Permitting by mail or email. A public meeting will occur if required by OAC regulations. The ODA maintains lists for notification of all draft permits; individuals can join these lists by contacting lepp@agri.ohio.gov or calling 614-387-0470.
