The Ohio Department of Agriculture has issued a final Permit to Install and a final Permit to Operate for Regula Enterprises, LLC. This decision was made public on February 6, 2026, following the guidelines set by OAC rule 901:10-6-01. The permits are subject to appeal, and any appeals must be submitted to the Environmental Review Appeals Commission (ERAC) at their Columbus office by 5:00 p.m. on March 5, 2026. Questions about the appeal process can be directed to ERAC, and a copy of any appeal must be served on the director of agriculture within three days after filing.
