The Ohio Department of Agriculture has renewed the final Permit to Operate for AJ Evers & Sons. This renewal is in accordance with OAC rule 901:10-6-01. The permit may be subject to appeal.

To file an appeal, the notice and any required fee must be submitted to the Environmental Review Appeals Commission (ERAC) at 30 East Broad Street, 4th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215, by 5:00 p.m. on August 11, 2025. ERAC can address questions regarding the appeal process.

Additionally, a copy of the appeal must be served on the director of agriculture within three days after filing with ERAC.
