The Ohio Department of Agriculture has renewed the Permit to Operate for Crites Farms. This renewal was finalized on August 19, 2025, under the OAC rule 901:10-6-01. The permit is subject to appeal.
Appeals must be submitted to the Environmental Review Appeals Commission (ERAC) by September 18, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The commission is located at 30 East Broad Street, 4th Floor, Columbus, Ohio. Interested parties can contact ERAC at (614-466-8950) for inquiries about the appeal process.
Those filing an appeal are required to serve a copy to the director of agriculture within three days of submitting their appeal to ERAC.
