On February 13, 2026, the Ohio Department of Agriculture announced it is accepting public comments on a draft Permit to Operate renewal for KCK Poultry LLC, located at 1493 Denise Road, Fort Recovery, in Darke County’s Mississinawa Township. The proposed permit would be valid for five years if finalized. According to the department, comments and requests for a public meeting must be received by 5 p.m. on March 9, 2026.
