The Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) has issued a draft Permit to Operate (PTO) renewal for Miller City Dairy, located at 15257 Road C, Continental, Ohio. This permit is part of the ODA’s efforts to regulate agricultural operations and ensure environmental compliance. If approved, the permit will be valid for five years.

Public comments on the draft permit are being accepted until March 6, 2026. Comments can be submitted in writing to the Division of Livestock Environmental Permitting or via email at lepp@agri.ohio.gov. A public meeting may be held if required by regulations, allowing individuals to provide written or oral statements.

The ODA plays a crucial role in Ohio’s agriculture sector, supported by an experienced team and led by Director Brian Baldridge. The department focuses on food safety, animal welfare, and economic growth for farmers and agribusinesses. It also provides regulatory oversight and consumer protection programs across the state.
