Rep. Jim Jordan, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Ohio’s 4th district, recently shared a series of tweets reflecting his views and personal sentiments. With a longstanding career in politics, having replaced previous U.S. Congress member Mike Oxley in 2007 and serving in various political roles in Ohio prior, Jordan has voiced his opinions on pressing issues.

On April 20, 2025, Jim Jordan marked Easter with a religious expression, tweeting, “He is risen. Happy Easter!”

Later that day, Jordan conveyed a critical viewpoint regarding Democratic policies concerning immigration within the context of gang violence, stating, “Democrats are fighting harder to return a gang member to the country than protecting the country from gang members.”

Jim Jordan, 59, born in Troy, Ohio, is residing in Urbana. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in 1986, later obtaining a JD from Capital University.
