South Euclid home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in South Euclid fell by $6,250 while total sales increased by 56.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,750 - a 8.7% decrease over the $72,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in South Euclid in June 2016.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 5% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
