East Cleveland home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in East Cleveland fell by $300 while total sales increased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $17,000 - a 1.7% decrease over the $17,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in East Cleveland in June 2016.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,748, approximately 10.3% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
