Garfield Heights home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Garfield Heights rose by $2,144 while total sales increased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,450 - a 4.9% increase over the $43,307 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Garfield Heights in June 2016.
