Berea home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Berea rose by $14,700 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,450 - a 14.3% increase over the $102,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Berea in June 2016.
