Valley View home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Valley View fell by $95,400 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,500 - a 37% decrease over the $257,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Valley View in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,604, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
