Maple Heights home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Maple Heights rose by $13,166 while total sales increased by 59.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $36,500 - a 56.4% increase over the $23,334 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Maple Heights in May 2016.
