Oakwood home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Oakwood fell by $84,846 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,155 - a 54.7% decrease over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Oakwood in May 2016.
