South Euclid home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in South Euclid rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $63,000 - a 5% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in South Euclid in May 2016.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 5.2% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
