Berea home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Berea rose by $23,900 while total sales increased by 93.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,900 - a 24.9% increase over the $96,001 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Berea in May 2016.
