University Heights home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in University Heights rose by $32,000 while total sales increased by 73.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,500 - a 25.9% increase over the $123,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in University Heights in May 2016.
