Seven Hills home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Seven Hills rose by $10,050 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $158,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Seven Hills in May 2016.
