Mayfield home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Mayfield fell by $55,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 24.4% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mayfield in May 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,906, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
