Strongsville home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Strongsville rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 65.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 6.8% increase over the $182,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Strongsville in May 2016.
