Highland Heights home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Highland Heights fell by $60,000 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 20% decrease over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Highland Heights in May 2016.
