Beachwood home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Beachwood rose by $57,450 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $331,950 - a 20.9% increase over the $274,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Beachwood in May 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,158, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
