Pepper Pike home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Pepper Pike fell by $127,500 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,500 - a 25% decrease over the $510,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Pepper Pike in May 2016.
