East Cleveland home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in East Cleveland rose by $8,571 while total sales increased by 175%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $14,640 - a 141.2% increase over the $6,069 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in East Cleveland in April 2016.
