Parma home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Parma rose by $5,750 while total sales increased by 15.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $103,750 - a 5.9% increase over the $98,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Parma in April 2016.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,835, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for April 2017.
