North Olmsted home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in North Olmsted rose by $10,750 while total sales increased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,500 - a 8.3% increase over the $129,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in North Olmsted in April 2016.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,539, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for April 2017.
