Strongsville home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Strongsville rose by $44,000 while total sales increased by 32%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,500 - a 24.5% increase over the $179,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Strongsville in April 2016.
