Moreland Hills home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Moreland Hills rose by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,000 - a 2.8% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Moreland Hills in April 2016.
