Parma home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Parma rose by $7,975 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,875 - a 9.4% increase over the $84,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Parma in March 2016.
