Cleveland Heights home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Cleveland Heights rose by $41,900 while total sales decreased by 36%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,650 - a 65.7% increase over the $63,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in March 2016.
