North Olmsted home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in North Olmsted rose by $24,075 while total sales decreased by 32.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,000 - a 24.3% increase over the $98,925 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in North Olmsted in March 2016.

The median sales tax in North Olmsted for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,539, approximately 3.7% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
