Westlake home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Westlake rose by $62,875 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,000 - a 38.3% increase over the $164,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Westlake in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,148, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
