Cleveland home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Cleveland rose by $4,850 while total sales decreased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 365 homes sold, with a median sale price of $28,100 - a 20.9% increase over the $23,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 429 homes sold in Cleveland in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $1,682, approximately 6% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
