South Euclid home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in South Euclid fell by $2,125 while total sales decreased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $53,000 - a 3.9% decrease over the $55,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in South Euclid in February 2016.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,282, approximately 6.2% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
