Cleveland Heights home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Cleveland Heights rose by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $64,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $55,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 7.8% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
