Olmsted Township home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Olmsted Township rose by $2,333 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,000 - a 3.5% increase over the $66,667 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Olmsted Township in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Olmsted Township for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,831, approximately 7% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
