Richmond Heights home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Richmond Heights rose by $19,700 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,450 - a 29.1% increase over the $67,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Richmond Heights in February 2016, as well.
