Berea home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Berea fell by $16,500 while total sales increased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 13.6% decrease over the $121,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Berea in February 2016.
