University Heights home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in University Heights rose by $20,750 while total sales decreased by 56.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,000 - a 18.5% increase over the $112,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in University Heights in February 2016.
